Cottage Rules :

• Maximum of 10 people, including kids. This is due to septic tank limitations.                       

• No flushing  hair, grease, female products, sanitation wipes, garbage, etc. down the toilet The cottage has a septic system that will clog if you try to flush prohibited items.                                                   

• No Fire or Fireworks at the cottage.                                                                                                        

• No TRESPASSING on neighbor’s property                                                                                        

• If you break it, you replace it

                                                                     

• No cigarette butts on the property                                                                                                    

• Do not leave garbage outside, It will attract wildlife  ( Bear, Raccoons, etc )                            

• Turn OFF electric main switch when you leave

 

• Before you leave make sure windows closed & locked, close curtains, blinds make sure the door is locked and put the keys in the lock box.                                                                      

• Make sure all garbage cans have been emptied and garbage removed Leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition as it was for your arrival. A cleaning fee of 200$ will be deducted from your deposit should mess be left behind.
